Free Crochet Holly Leaf Step by Step Tutorial for

Hi everyone!!
I am still crocheting for Christmas.  I love all Christmas Ornaments, and today I am going to share one of the most beautiful ornaments that is beautiful, simple and superfast to make.


We are going to crochet step by step, and I am sure you will be happy to decorate gifts and objects with this beautiful ornament.

 

Materials:
* Crochet hook
* Yarn 
* Tapestry needle
* Scissors 

 
We are going to crochet a leaf first. The stitches you need to know to read the pattern are super basic.
 Abbreviation
ch - chain stitch
dc - double crochet
hdc - half double crochet
sl st - slip stitch
st - stitch
sts - stitches
sc - single crochet 
* - number of times
 
Row 1
 
We are going to start with a simple slip knot.


Ch 11 and try to keep your chains of the same size. Then insert your hook into 2nd chain from the hook and make   sc *2, hdc, dc*4, hdc, sc*2


Crochet the same stitches on the other side of the leaf sc *2, hdc, dc*4, hdc, sc*2

 

Row 2

Now we are starting our second  row with sl.st.*2, sc, ch*2, sl.st, sc into same stitch,( sl st*2, ch*2, sl.st, sc into same stitch)*2, sl st, ch*2, sl.st, sc into same stitch, ,( sl st*2, ch*2, sl.st, sc into same stitch)*2, slip stitch.

 
Basically we are done! But I decided to add an axil.
Just chain 4 and slip stitch until end of leaf.
 
The slip stitch will make your leaf  neater.

Berry

 
Start with a magic ring or chain 2

 
Make sc*6 and then crochet in a spiral for about 2 rows.

Then make decrease by shipping every second stitch until the whole closed.

Sew all the parts with tapestry needle

How to Crochet Bucket Hat .Or how I transform my Bag into a Hat.

Hey guys!! Today I am inviting you to see how I recycle my crochet bag into my crochet Hat. I had many Bags but not even one hat. And all I wanted is crochet Bucket 👒.  So I thought to do an experiment and see how any crochet circle can become a crochet bucket hat. I made some  mistakes on my way but at the end I got a very perfect looking hat. At the beginning I left a circle too big about 20 cm but later I shrinkeeduced it too 18 cm. And it became just right!! My circle starts with 8 sc but you can also start with 6 sc.       R1: Magic Circle 8sc => 8 stitches R2: inc 1 st in every st => 16 stitches R3: inc 1 st in every 2 st => 24 stitches R4: inc 1 st in every 3 st => 32 stitches R5: inc 1st in every 4 st => 40 stitches etc. Then I crochet for 7 cm with no increase.
