I love to crochet Bags as the design can be absolutely customised as well as the size.  This bag I realised with a jute cord but you can use cotton cord or poliyester cord. Materials:   Jute cord 5 mm crochet cord Size:  Length - 30 cm Width- 38 cm Handles: 50 cm We are going to crochet in spiral to avoid the seam. We are going to crochet in back loops to create more ribbed texture.  We will start with the chain that can be any length  depending how big you want your bag. The base is an oval that has 2 increase on both sides of 3 stitches to make corners. Crochet bags are really popular and handy nowadays. You can see big and luxury brands are producing all types of crochet bags. These bags require just yarn and the hook. This pattern is super simple. You may use any yarn and hook size. All you need is to crochet a rectangular that later you fold. You may use any stitch. The initial chain depends on the size of the bag you need. Have you ever thought of crocheting a bag? Crochet bags are very popular nowadays.  You can crochet them with variety of different types of yarn, cords and etc. I am going to share with you extremely beautiful and easy to make shoulder bag.  This bag can be crochet even without lining later as it has no big wholes thanks to very indicative pattern that reminds macrame style bags.  I used Barbante cotton yarn and crochet hook 5 mm. You can actually crochet with any hook size and any yarn. If you use thinner yarn then you must chain more to get the same size of my bag. Measurements of the bag: 20*17cm The length of shoulder strap is 100 cm, but depends on your personal preferences. You can customize the size if the bag.  Instead of button, you can attach the zipper or any other bag lock system of your choice. Here the video tutorial:

This bag is super simple, but I love it because it uses Japanese knot bag technique, so you can sort of lock it easily 👍. I used yarn in combination with jute yarn, but you can use  solely  jute, raphia, cotton, cord etc. The bag can be crocheted big or small. Keep in mind that if you want a bigger size, just make circle bottom bigger. The diameter of bottom is 30 cm, the height is 36cm. Total number of stitches - 142 For each  handle I used 25 stitch and 42 stitches between the handles. For one handle  I chained 25 and for 2nd handle I chained 40. Crochet 5, 6 rows of handles.
